植物冠層分析系統——WinSCANOPY

主要功能

使用 180 度魚(yú)眼鏡頭和高清晰度數碼相機從植物冠層下方或森林地面向上獲取植物冠層圖像,然后通過(guò)處理影像數據文件來(lái)獲取與冠層結構有關(guān)的葉面積指數、光照間隙及間隙分布狀況等參數。

通過(guò)分析輻射數據的相關(guān)信息,WinSCANOPY 能夠測算出冠層截獲的 PAR 以及冠層下方的輻射水平。其軟件可以計算輻射指標、冠層指標、測量地點(diǎn)的光線(xiàn)覆蓋狀況及直射與漫射光的分布。

Mask 功能:View caps 屏蔽某一影像區域, 以便對特定的區域中作出有效的直接分析。 可在 0-360 度轉角和方向內任意設定。 圖表分析功能:直接輻射、 漫輻射、 總輻射變化;一天內每個(gè)小時(shí)內的冠層上下的輻射變化;季節內特定天內的每天輻射變化;GAP 隨每個(gè)提升高度或方向上,以及LAI葉面積指數的變化。

冠層結構測量參數:透光面積,間隙指數,葉面積指數(LAI),葉傾角分布(LAD) ,平均葉傾角(MLA),葉片投影系數,單株葉密度,叢生指數,單株 LAI,分析單獨葉面積和土壤覆蓋層非半球圖片,個(gè)別冠層分析,間隙大小分配,全畫(huà)面魚(yú)眼圖像分析。

輻射測量參數:散射因子,林冠上方和下方直接輻射和散射,特殊時(shí)期的直接輻射及總輻射部分,直射、散射、總輻射因子,林冠下直射時(shí)間比率,地面坡度,每日光斑分布。
