表型組學(xué)是在基因組水平上系統研究生物或細胞在不同環(huán)境條件下所有表型的學(xué)科。近年來(lái)，隨著(zhù)高通量植物表型測量技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展，植物表型組學(xué)研究獲得快速發(fā)展。結合基因組學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)和大數據計算，植物表型組學(xué)將極大地促進(jìn)功能基因組學(xué)和作物分子育種與高效栽培的進(jìn)程。為了促進(jìn)廣大科研工作者和育種家加深對植物表型組學(xué)和表型技術(shù)的深入了解，中國遺傳學(xué)會(huì )表型組學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )、中國科學(xué)院遺傳與發(fā)育生物學(xué)研究所定于2017年12月1-4日在北京召開(kāi)全國植物表型組學(xué)研討會(huì )。會(huì )議將邀請國內外表型組學(xué)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域具有重要學(xué)術(shù)影響的專(zhuān)家學(xué)者進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)報告。
此次會(huì )議的主題為：植物表型組學(xué)研究促進(jìn)作物分子育種。會(huì )議將交流植物高通量表型測量技術(shù)、基因組學(xué)與表型組學(xué)關(guān)聯(lián)研究、植物表型組學(xué)應用領(lǐng)域的研究進(jìn)展。希望通過(guò)此次會(huì )議促進(jìn)植物表型組學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究，整合有效資源，同時(shí)促進(jìn)相關(guān)研究設施和平臺的建設。
作為大會(huì )協(xié)辦單位，乾菲諾攜手德國LemnaTec公司鼎力支持本次研討會(huì )，并安排有植物表型、生理生態(tài)、農業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)講座及相應的產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)展示。誠摯邀請您參加本次會(huì )議。
